if memory serves.. you need not remove those. Just remove all lower screws and push up on the pocket from the bottom... the pocket should slide up and off them upper screws. You'll see how it works...

Once you've got the map pocket off, you can remove the screws in order to remove the whole door panel.

Make sure you've got all the lower screws removed. (that is to say, be able to pull the bottom away from the door panel a tad.
