Where do you find these 240 wagons? 200

In eastern PA you can pick one up for about $400 to $1200 depending on the situation. There's a lot of faithfull one owner RWD Volvo owners in the area starting to sell their brick localy because mostly the suspension and interior parts are worn out.
2 weeks ago I ran across a guy who was selling his '87GLE 4spd w/od. 300k miles for $800.
To me the miliage didn't mean anything. He sais he was having problems selling it locally because of the miliage on her. he just didn't find the right buyers. I suggested either craigslist or ebay. I WANTED to buy the car but I have too many I even called a friend of mine who was looking for a second car just find a good home for her.
He had every record from the local dealership of all the maintenance done on the car. If your smart in choosing your new car and a few trips to the PNP and you can get your new car back to near new condition.

Paint is another issue. I would say that this is the number one deciding factor in buying the car. Everything else car be worked on as needed.
Check local auction, online sites such as craigslist, local newspaper, ebay that are within driving distance by searching using city names or zip codes.
