M41 Rebuild Questions and Shifter Needed 140-160

I'm preparing to rebuild a M41 prior to installing it in my '72 142, and was hoping that someone could provide me with guidance on source(s) for replacement bearings. Are these Volvo-exclusive parts, or are there alternative sources that anyone could recommend?

I also need a shift lever -- my car would have had the short lever (back of the transmission tunnel), rather than the long lever (front of the transmission tunnel). Anybody got one that they'd be willing to part with? (And can anyone enlighten me on exactly when the change in shift levers occurred?)

Thanks for the help.
