IPD Sway Alignment 120-130

sorry can't get to the IPD bar on the front of my wagon right now for measurements, but I can say (having swapped two complete front suspension units recently) that the anti-sway bar does not normally hit the crossmember.

I'm not even sure how you mean it is hitting. It is much wider that the crossmember and the legs are too short to touch under normal circumstances... You mean the endlink-end is hitting the upper part of the crossmember?

Do you have the stock swaybar laying about to check?
