How to remove/intall wagon rear window glass 120-130

Does anyone know the procedure for removing the rear side window glass (1/4 glass) on the 122 wagon. It has a rubber gasket around it and I have one installed in a car but I need to install it in another car. Can I save the gasket or do I need a new one? Where can I find a new one?
