SUs leaking 120-130

is there an adjustment i can make to the floats to get the rear carb to quit leaking? i mean is it ok to bend that sucker up or down a little to get to quit leaking. i replaced the hose between the 2 carbs, even added hose clamps to make sure it's not the hose. i can order new gaskets but i'm not sure that's going to make the difference, and it seems to only leak after i shut down, runs fine but the minute i shut it off the rear carb leaks from the float chamber.
thanx in advance.
