Time to fix oil leak 700 1988

740 non-turbo oil leak on passenger side of engine. Read posts of o rings for oil filter which after 240k on the car probably need to replace anyway. My flame trap is clean and have a new breather box. I cleaned around the filter and it looks like the oil is coming from that area.

I read the posts on o-ring replacement but they are under turbo, does the same apply to non-turbo.

Haynes has nothing regarding replacement. If anyone has insight on replacement and pictures (or know of a site with pictures greatly appreciate). I read the posts but the instructions are a not clear.

Any help appreciated
Thanks Madness
