door lock tumbler falls out - how can I fix? 120-130

I agree with ng...I'd just take things apart and figure out what the problem is...that picture doesn't look like what I found when a similar thing was happening to my drivers door lock...it turned out that a screw which holds the lock cylinder from the back side just vibrated out...luckilly, I was able to find it laying in the bottom of the door...a dab of permatec to goop up the threads and back in it went...and has stayed ever since!...the pic ng posted doesn't look like what I remember though...maybe there were production differences???
