front vent window rivets 120-130

I presume you are talking about the four rivets up the back side of the chrome frame that secures the rubber seal?

When I did this, I opened the vent to 90 degrees out of the frame and used a old pair of pincer-style nail pullers to smash the rivets flat. I used a large pop rivet to replace the old vent pivot rivet, so I only had to deal with the 4 rivets for the new rubber seal.

Mine are oriented with the flat part on the rubber side and the flared part in the roll-up part of the window channel.
