more information - got it started and let it idle for about 30 minutes. It appeared to be idling OK, but when I gave it a little gas it died and then would not start again. I'm giving it a few minutes to rest.

Also, when I replaced the plugs they were pretty heavy on a white deposit. I had run a can of injector cleaner through it a few days before, so I assume this is just the deposit from the additive, but thought I'd better include it in the details. Thanks.
