740 Brake Bleeding Problem

Are any of the rubber brake lines "ballooning" under pressure?

Also, I don't know it's even possible in your case, but on some cars you can get the left and right side calipers mixed up and they will mount up fine, but the bleeders won't be at the highest point of the cylinders which makes it impossible to bleed all the air out.
