Wierd dim warning lights - fuse ? 200 1993

Hello: On my last three start ups the SRS light has stayed on. There's never been an accident, but the car is 13 ys old with 180K so maybe it's Volvo's way of telling me to have it checked ? Here's what's wierd.... several lights stay on but very dim, just barely showing and they seem to get just slightly brighter when I accelerate ! I'm thinking a fuse is shorting out?? incidental to the SRS warning ??? Anybody experienced this ? Thanks
