240 Panhard bushing placement

I removed the panhard arm from my 1990 245 wagon. I do have a shop press and did not take note on removal of the right hand side bushing #1330427 . The rubber inside the bushing is not all the way around solid, there are hollow areas too.
How do I press in the new bushing? Does the rubber need to be at the 2 and 8 o'clock positions?
