Charging problems: 2 200 1980

I did the charging test that was given to me at my last posting. Part of the check involved testing the positive side i.e. voltmeter from the positive battery post to the positive Alternator terminal with the engine running. The volt drop limit is .16 volts. Mine dropped 1.2 volts so there is a problem. I think it could only be the wire from alt to starter: starter to battery or possibly the fuse holder. Does that seem right?
