hi there.
im no expert for sure, but i have seen about three different type of inner tie rods.

i suggest maybe get new boots for the inners. maybe pull back the boot and make sure you have the right inner tie rods before you bring the car in for the work.
the price sounds fine to me.
i hope you get a experienced mech at pep boys.
