'87 740 Turbo - Fuel Smell

I have a fuel smell shortly after filling tank and also after turning the car off. Comes from around the filler area/left rear fender...smells in the trunk and gets into the cabin. No obvious leaks under the car upon initial inspection.

ANy ideas of what I should be looking for here? What about the low pressure return line from the engine? Any other vent lines which might be cracked/broken?

This problem has been around for a while but with some warm weather I want to lick it once and for all.
