92 940 turbo electrical issues 900

Here's one for the experienced.

I reciently pruchaced a 92 940 turbo with some odd electrical issues.
1. the drivers side dome light switches (the ones in the frame that turn on the dome lights when the door is open) do not operate. The passenger side work fine. Are they independantly fused or relayed (drivers vs passengers side)?
2. cruise control doesn't engage.
3. Neither of the horn switches operate - I've replaced the horns without success although they have power.
4. Power antenna switch has no power.

Could any of these be related?
