Any tricks for removing a very stubborn crank seal? 200 1980

Well, I finally at least got a few of the proper tools for doing these seals from a Volvo mechanic buddy of mine:



I got the Cam & I-shaft seals replaced fairly easily, but now I can't get the old crank seal removed.

I've already broken a couple of screw drivers attempting to pry it out. Not sure what else to do.

Does anyone have any tricks for getting these damn things out?
