'89 760 Brake Noise 700

I have an ’89 760 turbo wagon with pads and rotors that have been replaced within the last 10K miles. At low or slow speeds there is an audible noise (knock) that I can hear when the brakes are applied. This is only in the right front. I removed the wheel to check that everything was tight and look for any obvious cause. The master cylinder was replaced about 5K miles ago.
