122 brake system changed over to P-1800 dics brakes 120-130

what to make a big change ove to dics brakes, i want to take the front spindles and brakes and the near axles out of a dead 1970 P-1800 and install them in my 1967 122 wagon so that i can run the 240 mag and have dics brakes front and rear. am i going to have any problem with this change over? just the work involved and new rear wheel seals, any reeplies will be most helpful. thanks,kim
