Anyone know exactly which years/models of 240's had a B23E? 200

So in the next while I want to start building a volvo rally car, and want to do it with a canadian(I'm in Canada) car with a B23E. Turbo is fun but too futzy I figure...I just want some good 140-150hp I could get out of a B23E. Anyways, who knows which cars had that engine? 81GLT's I think, but I'm not sure what else. Any info appreciated. thanks as always,
