What is this part and why is it leaking?? 200

My '89 245 has a tranny fluid leak coming from one or two pipelines that run up from the tranny toward the front of the car. there is a bracket type thing that seems to secure the lines...its located between the oil pan and tranny pan and the fluid seems to leak right off the bolt on the bracket. Does this bracket connect two seperate lines?...b/c that would make more sense for them to leak. Any insights?
