Fuse #9 keeps Failing 700

Help! I have a 1985 740 N.A. Fuse # 9 (Turn Signals, A/C, Power Windows) keeps blowing whenver you try and engage any of the the above three accessories. Replacing the 15A with a 25A will allow you to use the windows but the fuse will get real warm, I realize this is NOT the solution and is potentially dangerous. The problem is the car is with my daughter away at school and I will only have 12 hours to diagnose and fix the circuit later this week. Any suggestions as to what to look for (I looked in the FAQ) would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave F.
