'90 and '91 740 strut interchange; wheel stuff 700 1990

I have '90 740 nonturbo; the car at the boneyard is '91 740 turbo. I'm trying to find out about the struts; the '91 has bilsteins (and ipd sways as it turns out; got those already). The control arms are different where the swaybar link connects; the '91 has a bolt through an eye on the swaybar link into the control arm, and mine has a shaped area with a hole and the swaybar link is straight and has nuts and compressed bushings at both ends. So, the question is are the struts interchangeable (I know the strut separates from the control arm but that they're different makes me think there may be other differences too.) I haven't found anything online that has this info. The inserts are all the same but the struts are what I want to know about.

I found that this car has bilstein heavy duty shocks all around and I can get everything for about $60. I'd like to just swap the struts as I think I need the upper strut bearing anyway.
If anyone needs calipers etc the '91 has abs; also there's two cars with quite good black dashes. I also have several types of headlights for sale, 740, 760/940, 240.

Wheels; I've been trying to get a set of aluminum wheels cheap and it's a challenge for sure. I have 3 draco's that are straight but one has some marks on the face of a spoke. I need one more. I'm kinda esthetically challenged; I know not to wear stripes and plaid together though! I was thinking of some filler and then paint; any thoughts on some black paint on the spokes? any pics anywhere of some wheel treatments?
And, I never got an owners manual; two things; where to get one cheap, and what is the right size tire for this car. I've seen various sizes mentioned. I'm going to have Pirelli 195/60x15. How accurate will the speedo and mileage be with this size?
