accessing the temp comp board 200 1986

Can someone tell me how involved of a job it is to remove the instrument panel and get at the temp comp board. I do some of my own work (oil changes, trans flushes, tune ups, replaced AMM, O2 sensor, etc) but don't want to tackle this if it is over my head.
