My b230F has problems when cold starting. It hesitates to idle unless I give the speeder a gentle push the first few seconds and thereafter there are no problems.
I have identified the 2-3-2 fault code (fuel system compensating for ruch or lean mixture at idle) and according to the posted messages on the brickboard, the fuel pressure regulator could be defect.
However no fuel pours out of the hole in the front for the vacuum hose when it is removed and the engine is running. However a very weak spell of petrol can be detected from the hole. Furthermore I have tried to connect a petrol hose to the return line and a steady stream of petrol is running out of the hose.
Despite of the aforementioned, can the fuel pressure regulator be defect ?
Could it be that the return line is blocked ?
Any other suggestions ?
