blinker and washer questions 700 1990

Front blinker doesn't work. Changed bulb, park light works. New lens, so socket is clean. Also, windshield washer leaks out at the "T" near the jets, doesn't reach the windshield. Lastly, good source for new rear wiper motor. Any ideas? Thanks.
