headlight help

my headlights are a bit "odd" on my 760 wagon... the prior owner found a rats nest (litteraly) in the front corner of the car and it seemed to enjoy the taste of wires.

so i need some help fixing this and getting things right.

my big questions... which light is high which is low (inside/outside)

and then... when the high beams are on are the lows on as well?
