once again another question ---help please, im about out of money and resources 700

so after spending 1500 dollars on a fuel pump, timing adjustment, all new vacuum lines, new cooling hoses, complete top end rebuild, head milling, full tune up, resealing the distributer, fuel sending unit.......... my car still is acting up. I got the car back on friday after 3 weeks of no car and it ran spectacularly. I couldnt believe how much power these cars ae capable of. THe problem is when i drive for a little while, some heavy accelleration the car like to die on me. No weird noses or anything until last night. The car just stalls and i need to let it sit for a while before it will restart. It almost feels flooded. Last night i was driving it and the valves startet to chatter pretty bad so i pulled over and the car stalled again. I went to check the oil and a puff of what i assume to be smoke came out, i checked the oil level and it was perfect. I have a warranty on my repairs but the shop said its most likely unrelated. They claim it could be two issues like a clogged radiator, a dead clutch fan or a bad fuel pump relay or maybe even a ecu. Does any of this sound familiar? I searched the board and found similar situations but nothing real close. Any help would be appreciated.
