Flex Disk Coupling Question 700 1985

Well, spent the morning replacing my cracked flex disk. My question is that no matter which group of 3 nut/bolts I tighten, either the driveshaft ones first, or the transmission flange first. The coupling looks deformed, I confirmed its the right one. Will this center up by driving? Also, couldnt find the torque for any of these bolts. Anyone know?
