S90 Sunroof Recall?? TSB?? S90-V90 1998

Have a 98 S90 with the sunroof can be tilted up or down but not retracted as well as excessive wind noise when driving at 70 mph. It does not appear to close properly and has left kind of water stain and rusty spot marks on the headliner. Dealer wants $500 to fix it. Found the below information from other serach engine about the sunroof but cannot open the links. Any details what they are about? Thanks.
