Mobil 1 (deep cleaning) or K &N (higher flow/less cleaning) Which of these 2 filters are the best for my Volvos 740 (NON TURBO)/760 (V-6)? 700

Hey guys!!

Question: What oil filter is the best between Mobil 1 and K & N? I have heard that Mobil 1 filters down to 10 microns with moderate flow. I have also heard that K & N does not deep clean as well and only filters down to 20 microns, yet the flow is a little higher than Mobil 1's. I know that Purolator's Pure One is too restrictive!!!! Ans of course Amsoil is the best (i have used for several years). I just want to know which of the 2 filters in question are more suitable for my Volvos should i need a good back up, whereas Amsoil may not be readily available for me. I know that my 740 works hard as well as my 760 six cylinder, again what is more crucial for a Volvo full flow vs moderate flow, or ultimate filtration with acceptable flow? What say you?
