240 stalling, need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 200 1991

Hi Everyone.

I have a 91' 240 with 204k miles. Today it started stalling intermitently. It seems to only stall after the engine has warmed up, and then only when I am at a stop sign or light. The engine completely dies, neccesitating me having to put the car in neutral and restart it. It starts back up with no hesitation. The computer is giving a code 1-1-1 on both sockets. I replaced the Air Mass Meter with a rebuilt one about a month ago(and disabled the air box thermostat...) I also replaced many of the front end parts a couple of days ago. (Ball Joints, Struts, Tie Rod Ends, Upper Strut Mounts, etc. and thanks to everyone who gave me advice on this project.) I'm baffled as to what the problem could be. Perhaps the Fuel relay? As always, any insight is appriciated.
