I hate when my relays get wet --- thanks foster & brickboard !! 200

My wipers didn't stop working today, and through a search of this site I found a recent post from foster explaining th in's and outs of the windshield washer system on the mighty 200 series volvo.

http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=456230

At first I thought it was a broken switch because the windshield washers
would stay on unless the stalked was between speeds and then it would stop.
However, after reading Don's post I realized the relay was causing the problem. As it truned out, the relay was wet and the water was causing a ground to take place in the switch itself. Replaced the relay. No - I din't buy it - got it out of my "spare car". Now I have wipers when I need them.
I didn't put the relay back where it was.

Know to find the leak- but first camping in the rain YEAH !!!
