Rear rotors installation 900 1996

Can anyone provide me with dos and don'ts in replacing rear rotors? I have all the parts ready and is going to give it a shot this weekend. Will I be able to use dial indicator to get the runout reading on rotors. For a rear wheel drive, I am not sure if I can rotate the rear hubs as the front ones. If not, how do I find the perfect postion for the rotors? I would appreciate any advise that can help me do it right. ('96 960, Girling rear)
