Hi all,

I finally got my long-awaited timing belt/t-belt tensioner/cam, crank & intermediate seal replacement/motor mount replacement job done....

since I had motor mounts ready to install, the shop didn't provide those...all all other parts: t-belt , t-belt tensioner and 3 seals, were from the shop.

$50 bucks to install the mounts (7/8 hour labor)
$195 labor for all the other stuff
$50 bucks (roughly) for all the parts (included new belts too).

they threw in the tensioner for free-that wasn't part of the original estimate they gave me, and they knew that i didn't have any wiggle-room in my budget. i thought that was a cool thing to do.

grand total was $300 bucks, as estimated... shop also tightened the radiator hoses, which were loose, and did some adjustment of the tailpipe free-of-charge, even though the tailpipe adjustment prolonged the length of the job.

all in all, i am pleased with the job.... car is running more consistently and engine is shaking much less (still shakes a little... is that normal?)
