Another road trip gone by without flaw! Oh, and crankcase pressure? 700 1985

Just completed a 500 mile road trip, including the car sitting 3 days in below 32F temps. Was very happy when i started her up this morning for the trip back (30F), crank crank *bwwoom*. Oh, and a nice 30mpg roundtrip!

Crank case pressure? One thing I did before I left (but went anyways!) was do a jiggle test. At idle, I can notice a *slight* vacuum. This vacuum does not seem to change at all, (or possibly go away) as I throttle up. The metal cap does not jiggle at idle, but it does somewhat when I throttle up. I assume this is a problem?
