B230F Head removal 700 1987

Are there any special tools need to remove a B230F head? This will be a junkyard removal, so if there are any "slash & burn" techniques that will make the job go quicker, I'm all for it. Also, if removal from a 240 or something else would be easier, feel free to provide that info as well. Anyone have a list of required tools?
