Automatic Transmission Fluid Change 200 90

Hi,

Would anybody be able to give me some instructions on how to do an auto transmission fluid change for my '90 240GL ?? Do I need to change my diff fluid as well? How do I do this? Is there a filter I need to change as well?

I am fairly new to car maintenance... so I'm starting out on fluid changes before getting into suspension and engine work.
