Mechanic in Salt Lake City? 200 1984

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good Volvo mechanic in the Salt Lake City, Utah area? I'm thinking I may need some transmission work for my '84 Turbo. Also, I'm getting about 16-18 mpg. Is that about average for this type of car? It seems slightly low to me. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
