Water / Oil Cooled Turbos. 700 1988

Hello,

Quite recently, some ninny totaled my 1988 744T and I was looking to replace it with a similar vehicle. The vehicle that I own now has a water-cooled garrett turbocharger. Because I will be purchasing a new vehicle shortly, I was curious about what years or specific models used water-cooled turbos; I would like to avoid an air-cooled turbo, if possible.
