PCV clean, still lots of pressure! 200 84

I completely cleaned the exterior PCV components (small vac line, large line to upstream side of throttle, breather box) and I still have excessive pressure in the crankcase and cam area. I replaced the vacuum line and cut open the breather box to clean it. It now looks like new in/outside with the exception of large 15min epoxy blobs. Anyway, it didn't help my internal pressure situation at all. I also noticed that the oil cap doesn't float any more when I undo the vacuum line to the breather box. I would think this would increase the pressure, right? Is there anywhere inside the block that could be restricting proper ventilation. The head is new and was exceptionally clean when I put it on. Also, there is good compression (160-170psi all cyl) and no burning oil. Please help, I'm losing a lot of oil and running out of ideas. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks
