Turbo Pipe O RING leaking??? 700 1986

I took my car in to my mechanic the other day to have the alignment done and he mentioned to me that my "turbo pipe O Ring is leaking". Where is that, how is it effecting the performance of my car, and how hard would it be for me to fix/replace?
