cool weather whistle 200 86

Now that the cooler weather is here my 240DL continuiously has a high pitched whistle that occationally fades but always returns. This noise lasts through the cold part of the year and has happened for the last several years. This noise happens at all speeds but stops while decellerating. If anyone knows what this noise and or cause is please let me know. Thank you
