92 Volvo 245 Steering shudder at slow speed, near full turn ?

Not sure what I have here, adjusted loose power steering belt. Nothing obvious wrong with suspension or steering components.

It does have a pretty squishy looking trans mount, right motor mount a recent (few months) replacement and, left one looks intact.

Steering rack and tie rods have no play.
