92 Volvo 245 Steering shudder at slow speed, near full turn ?

Sent the car home with my daughter after replacing with Mobil 1 ATF using the turkey baster. I used a quart of dexron for the initial flush then the Mobil1.
At times it seemed to have improved but time will tell. Hopefully there is still some air left in the system which will eventually purge.
