I've had a problem with the fuel indicator in my 94 model 940 ever since I've owned it.

What used to be a random failure to read fuel level has turned into a total failure.

I'm almost positive that the problem is coming from the small solid state card that's located inside this cover.

Is this a part of the fuel sender circuit?

Will a similar part from my 92 940 parts car interchange with this card?
There are some very small solder circuits that may have failed, and my eyesight (and steady hand) is not capable of doing the repair.....even with a magnifying glass.

It's the part located under the red arrow on the picture.
