Fuse #6 Excess Draw 200 1984

My 1984 240 gradually losses battery power. Fuse #6 draws in excess of 50 ma. Also I notice a draw when I open up the trunk. My Bentley Bible shows that #6 fuse is connected to the interior light relay, brake lights and cruise control. My brake lights are fine and I see on issue with the interior lights. The cruise control is non-operable.

Does anyone have any input?
