I recently installed the red b&g performance springs on my 1993 240 sedan with bilstein touring struts and shocks The ride is a bit rough, but the lower center of gravity definitely gives the car sportier handling, a bit like a Bmw. The springs advertise a lowered 1.6" in back AND front, however, after installation, the front seems significantly lower...maybe half an inch. The car drives fine, but I must say I hate the look of it and I wish I could raise the front up to the height of the back. This kind of stock car look diminishes the whole 240 aesthetic. I'm actually considering putting the stock springs back on. But I thought I might inquire about methods of raising the car just a tad.
FYI: ipd sways, upper and lower chassis braces, new strut mounts, newish ball joints.
Thanks,
William
