Aluminum Rims Leaking, 1993 940 900 1993

I bought a 940 at Copart for my daughter and have two problems left which I have posted for help. The car has spent most of it's life here in MN where there are lots of Winter road chemicals put on the road. The car came with four new tires but there must be corrosion on two of the rims since they have slow leaks. I plan on hand sanding the bead area of the rims but don't know what a good paint would be to seal the area I sand.

Any help saving these rims would be appreciated.
